Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please notify us to cancel the order and return the product. For a secure and safe return, we recommend using a signed-for delivery service and retaining the receipt as proof of return.
Please be aware that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of receipt. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. If you have any questions about specific items, please get in touch with us.
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a specific reason. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Any return costs, including shipment fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
